The larger Condado de Alhama resort is situated on a site of over 9 million square metres comprising various different complexes each with a distinct identity. The Development

The villas are situated on plots of between 480 square metres to 1,100 square metres and feature three unique styles of villa, Villa Jazmín, Villa Amapola and Villa Azahar each comprising three, four and five bedrooms respectively.
