Location

Doña Julia Golf Resort is a large residential and leisure development located in Casares which is located close to the well known resort towns of Sabinillas, Estepona and Sotogrande and only a short distance from some of the finest beaches on the Coast

The traditional Spanish village of Casares is about 15 minutes from the resort and you can enjoy spectacular views from its elevated position in the hills. The area is well connected to the entire coast via a superb new motorway and transfer time from the main airport at Malaga is about 45 minutes.

Alternatively Gibraltar airport receives daily flights from the UK and is located only 30 minutes away from the resort.

The Development

This luxury resort will be constructed in two phases and there are a total of seven sub-developments:

A variety of properties are available from luxury apartments and penthouses to exclusive villas. The resort will feature 24 hr security and a large town centre which will offer residents every possible amenity imaginable, from restaurants to medical facilities.

The Doña Julia golf club opened in December 2005 and is the first of the three golf courses to be completed. It is a beautiful 18 hole, par 72 course and is suitable for all levels of golfer.

Onsite Facilities

Superb sports facilities include an equestrian centre, football pitches, tennis centre and three golf courses. Additional amenities will include two luxury Hyatt hotels including a 6 star Park Hyatt with a luxury spa.

The town centre located just a few metres from the hotel will offer residents and guests, upmarket shopping areas, international restaurants, cafés, bars and a children’s club. It will also be managed by the Hyatt chain
